Behind the Timmerfabriek in Goudriaan, you will find Chateau du Tets. It is a real family business that once started out as a small vineyard, but over the years has become bigger and more professional. Many hours of 'gardening' have ensured that many certificates have been handed out to the family. The right grape varieties that suit the Dutch climate are very important. At Chateau du Tets they try out new things every year. You can think of new varieties and innovative ways to make wine. Every first Saturday of June and September there is an 'open garden day' where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sun and get a tour from the winemaker himself.
You cannot just walk in, it is important to call in advance to make an appointment.
