This bust of Audrey Hepburn (1994) is made of bronze and commemorates the film star and UNICEF ambassador Audrey Hepburn (1929-1993), who lived at Jansbinnensingel 8 in Arnhem from 1939 to 1945. The artwork was created by Kees Verkade.
A copy of the bust stands in the Swiss town of Tolochenaz. Hepburn lived there from 1963 until her death in 1993. She is also buried there in the small local cemetery. A second copy of the bust has stood in Audrey Hepburn Park in Ixelles, a suburb of Brussels, since 2022. This is where she spent her first five years of life.
