Bronckhorster Beef - Zelhem
In the Achterhoekse Zelhem is the farm of Bronckhorster Beef. The Wagyu and Black Angus cows that roam here have access to a lovely meadow and a spacious barn. They grow up with their own mother and stay in the herd. The Wagyu cows get pregnant naturally in the right season, by their own bull.
All circumstances to optimise the quality of the meat. Of course, sustainability also plays an important role here. The farm shop is open on Fridays and Saturdays.
