Brasserie Ver'Koch - Roermond
This building on the cosy Munsterplein in Roermond, used to be the home and studio of the well-known Roermond photographer Victor Mathieu Koch (1900-1976). Now it is a welcoming brasserie, with a large and sunny terrace that was once voted the best terrace in Limburg.
The terrace offers a view of the imposing Munsterkerk, which was once extensively restored by another famous Roermond resident: Pierre Cuypers (1827-1921), while enjoying a full breakfast, a hearty lunch or just a nice drink.
The extensive menu has something for everyone, from a breakfast platter or sandwich to a delicious pasta, meat or fish, a sweet snack or an appetiser and there is also a wide choice for vegans. You are guaranteed to jump back on your bike with renewed energy, to continue your route.
