The Brabantse Wal is a natural and geographical feature in the south-west of the Netherlands. It is a steep sand ridge stretching from the Belgian border to the city of Bergen op Zoom. Unique to the Brabantse Wal are the transitions of soil type. So you go from clay soil to sandy soil, from dense forests to open moors and from dry to wet areas. This makes the area a very diverse landscape: from rolling hills, forests, fields and breathtaking views.
