As part of the Dijkwater nature reserve, located between Dreischor and Sirjansland, a bat cave was set up in 2002. It is hidden in the village forest of Sirjansland. So you have to search a bit if you want to see the cave. Don't expect a real cave either, but more like a buried tunnel with a brick wall on one side. The grid in the wall allows the bats to nest, hibernate and sleep in the cave during the day.
